Why I built ARDA

I needed outside structure, not more motivation.

ARDA began as a Life OS spreadsheet I built to track the real evidence of my life and use ChatGPT to turn it into a clearer picture of where I stood.

It helped me see patterns, confront what was not working, recognize real progress, and focus on the next meaningful action. I am building ARDA so other people can use that system without having to construct it themselves.
